Who is “Papa Ron”?
Ronnie Philips has spent more than 35 years learning what happens when the microphone turns on: people respond to personality, authenticity and connection.
His career has included nearly 25 years in radio, ten years at KBEQ Q104 in Kansas City, commercial voice work, podcast production and hundreds of live events. Today, Ronnie voice tracks nights six days a week for 100.7 KMZU while helping stations, businesses and organizations create content that sounds human and connects with people.
For the last 14 years, he continues to produce and co-host the award-winning national television show Heartland Waterfowl.
